We exclusively offer brand-new parts that come with the complete manufacturer’s warranty. If any warranty-related service is required, our trusted HVAC contractor can perform the necessary work. Please note that labor charges are not included in the warranty coverage provided by either the manufacturer or Ductlab Australia. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with in-warranty parts.
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
- Unless stated otherwise, we provide a 365-day warranty period from the original date of purchase to repair or replace any defective product.
- Prior to claiming a warranty, it is essential to obtain an authorization RMA return number from our customer service department.
- Refunds do not include the original shipping and delivery charges.
- The purchaser is responsible for covering all shipping expenses for returned products, except when Ductlab Australia arranges and pays for the shipping costs of the replacement part.
- The purchaser acknowledges that a shipping and handling charge will be applied to all warranty exchanges involving parts and equipment.
- Ductlab Australia does not assume any responsibility for labor charges related to parts or equipment of any nature.
- Ductlab Australia is not liable for change of mind purchases, and restocking fees may be applicable.

Overview of the Return
For orders placed incorrectly or due to a change of mind, please refer to the following guidelines.
To initiate a return, it is essential to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Kindly contact our customer representatives via phone to request an RMA#.
Please note that the provided RMA# is valid for a period of 14 days. If the item is delivered to the warehouse after this timeframe, the RMA# will be deemed invalid, and the return will be refused. Any shipments without a valid RMA# will be rejected upon delivery and returned at the expense of the shipper.
Refunds are not applicable to Custom or Special Orders.
We kindly request you to review all information carefully, as all custom/Container orders cannot be returned.
Please be aware that any orders for non-standard stock items or custom-made products according to your specifications are non-refundable.
In the event that a purchaser orders a product incorrectly from Ductlab Australia or has a change of mind, the product may be returned under the following conditions:
The product must be a non-electrical part, remain uninstalled, and free from any damage.

The return must be initiated within 30 days from the original date of purchase. No exchanges or returns will be accepted beyond this 30-day period.
The purchased product must be returned in its original shipping packaging.
A restocking charge of 25% will be applied to all return items.
